CONFERENCE FEE

At least one author or co-author full registration is required per accepted and submitted paper. Conference fees are set according to the following table.

A full registered participant is entitled to attend all sessions, ice-breaking party, lunch for 3 days, all coffee breaks, conference banquet, social program and one set of proceedings (paper and CDROM).
A student registration is entitled to the same items than the full registration but can not justify for a paper publication in the proceedings.
The registration for an accompayning person accounts for the ice-breaking party, three lunches, conference banquet and social program.

Separate extra tickets are available at registration time through the website or onsite at the registration desk, at the following prices (in euros):

The social program includes a boat trip along the coast of Algarve or a visit to Silves Castle and cathedral as well as the Sagres lighthouse and Henry "The Navigator" fortress dating from the XIV century where the navigation school was installed.

Methods of Payment

Payments are possible through bank wire transfer using the following bank information.

For on site late registration accepted payments are cash only. No checks are accepted.

Cancellation policy

Participants that have made an early registration (before March 1st, 2006) and that, for some reason, can not attend the conference, may cancel their registration and be reimboursed as long as the cancelation occours before May 1st 2006, there is, however a non-refundable amount of 150 euros per registration due to fixed administrative costs. Fees can not be reimboursed after May 1, 2006, however a duely registered participant that can not attend the conference may pass the registration to a non-registered colleague.
