ABSTRACT SUBMISSION Abstract submission requires prior author pre-registration in order to access the abstract submission forms. The abstract is submitted on-line using the appropriate link on the conference website. Abstract submission requires the following information: paper title, author and co-author information (affiliation, contact of main author, etc...), abstract text (200 words max), main topic and 2 sub topics under which the contribution is submitted, desired type of presentation (oral or poster) and whether the author considers the possibility of submitting a longer version of the paper, on the same subject, in a special journal issue after the conference. The electronic system will assign an abstract number to each submission, serving as paper identifier. The main author will receive an abstract receipt acknowledge email. FULL TEXT SUBMISSION Upon abstract acceptance, full text 6-pages submissions are to be provided by the authors using an electronic processor such as TeX/LaTeX or Word. The final file format is PDF according to the guidelines, templates and style files provided in the electronic packages below. ORAL PRESENTATIONS Authors are invited to use electronic presentations, either in Powerpoint or PDF format. Back projectors will also be available on each room for viewgraphs.
Each author may bring a its presentation on a CD, floppy disk or PEN Drive and upload it at the electronic presentation desk close in the registration hall the latest 30 min before the session starts.
All speakers in a session must meet 10 minutes before the start of the session in order to introduce themselves to the session chairs and to ensure that their presentations are available in the computer in the room. POSTER PRESENTATIONS In order to ensure a certain degree of uniformity, and to assist those who are unfamiliar with the production of posters for the presentation of scientific and technical information, we would ask you to respect the following guidelines insofar as possible. Drawings and graphs should be kept as simple as possible and should be easily legible at a distance of at least 2m. Very detailed tables and small photographs should be avoided. Prints You are requested to display your poster at the start of the conference Monday morning June 12. It will be exposed during the whole period of the Conference, till the end of the conference. The official poster session will be scheduled on short notice. The posters should be mounted with double sided tape or pins, which will be available in the poster area.
